Construction on a new conference center adjacent to the Midwest Genealogy Center began mid-June 2018 and was completed August 2019.
The new space includes a foyer, divisible meeting space, state-of-the-art audio-visual capability and more.
It will be available in the near future for use by community groups for meetings, conferences, classes, and other events, in addition to its use for Mid-Continent Public Library programs and seminars.
