Join us to navigate the creation of cookbooks, including the art of storytelling, organizational methods, and printing for personal use. Finally, we will discuss how to approach heritage recipes, then taste test one from the cookbook, Stirring Up History: The Meals, Memoirs, and Memories of our Ladies of Clay County by Cheryl McCann. Walk away with a list of resources to help you put together a cookbook of your own. Please bring a family recipe with you to discuss in the class. This program was made possible through a partnership with the Culinary Center and the Story Center. There will be a fifteen-minute break in the middle of the program.
