The Platte City Branch

The current Platte City Branch opened in 2006. There were five previous locations for the library. The first one burned down in 1975! Last year, 77,214 patrons visited the library.

The Platte City Branch has over 62,000 items in its collection. If you can't find something on the shelves, check the catalog to see if another MCPL branch has it. If so, it'll be delivered to your branch in a couple of days.
