Challenge Yourself - READ!

As an incentive for either listening or reading, children will be able to earn free books and other great prizes. For teens, the theme being promoted is Own the Night!

What is Fibromyalgia?

The month of May has been set aside as Fibromyalgia Education and Awareness Month. In case you don’t know, this is a common and complex chronic pain disorder that strikes people physically, mentally, and socially. Scientists estimate this condition affects 5 million Americans, and 80 to 90 percent are women.
