Herbs and spices are great for adding flavor to foods, but could there even be benefits to health? Join the University of Missouri Extension to learn about current research around herbs and spices and how to easily include them in your food preparation. This class will be held in person as well as virtually via Zoom simultaneously. Registration is required and closes 1 hour before the start of the program.
