Are you afraid of falling, or do you have a family member who is? Join University of Missouri Extension to learn ways to decrease your risk for falls through exercise and modifying your home, practical tips to prevent a fall, and resources available in your community. This class will be held in person as well as virtually via Zoom simultaneously. Registration is required and closes 1 hour before the start of the program. Please indicate whether you will be attending in person or virtually when registering. An email address is required when registering to attend on Zoom. All start times are Central Standard Time.
