Discover the history of agriculture at Woodneath with Jackson Hodges, a graduate student from the University of Missouri–Kansas City’s History Department. Learn about the changing landscape of farming on the property, which spans from the Crouch family in the 20th century to the Indigenous Peoples who lived on these prairies long before settlers arrived. The first half of this program will take place in the historic Woodneath house. Weather allowing, the second half will involve walking approximately a quarter mile on a gravel path and down steps to the site of the former barn and outbuildings west of the house.
