Learn the business of food trucks from the experts at this full-day event designed to walk you through the steps of opening your own food truck business. Come ready to learn how to plan your cuisine, equipment, business model, brand, financials (including funding), and of course, to ask your questions. You will also have the opportunity to sample food truck cuisine and tour a food truck. Your menu can be all about your personal style, but when it comes to running a profitable food truck, make sure you get the facts.
