Day 1 of the Food Business Conference concludes with keynote speaker Dr. A. Elizabeth Sloan, President of Sloan Trends and Solutions, Inc. speaking on food trends and dinner will be served. Dr. Sloan has more than 30 years in nutrition trend-tracking, market assessment, and creating business-building ideas, and has authored more than 450 articles on food and nutrition marketing. She is a contributing editor and consumer trends columnist for Food Technology and Nutraceuticals World magazines.
