Forgive the food metaphor, but the best character conversations are like a great lasagna. The sort that comes bubbling in a terracotta dish in a restaurant in Napoli rather than in the soggy, sad and bland sort which you microwave to death in a flimsy foil tin. Just like that great lasagna, delightful dialogue comes in tantalizing, flavorsome and secret layers which add depth and richness, seduces your senses, and enriches the soul. In this session, Virginia Heath deconstructs those layers, evaluates the piquancy of the essential ingredients which have to go into them and introduces you the culinary skills needed to create your own vibrant, deep, delicious and layered discourse.
