Writing personal narratives about traumatic experiences can be important to audiences and writers. Learn how to write about sensitive subject matters and minimize retraumatizing yourself while remaining authentic. Upcoming Woodneath Press author and award-winning playwright, Olivia Hill will provide tools for writing from a place of pain without derailing your project or yourself. This class is part of the Written Storytelling Certification Program from Mid-Continent Public Library and Metropolitan Community College. Program registration will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. Participants will be emailed a Zoom access code 30 minutes before the start of the program, so please include your email in the registration.
