Make your summer healthy with tips for meal planning, hydration, packing food, and avoiding toxins in summer products. Bring a small spray bottle to fill with all-natural bug spray you’ll make in class. This program is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
