Growing Readers: Early Literacy Workshops: Singing and Rhyming (Zoom)

This Missouri Clock Hour workshop will focus on how we can help parents and family members prepare their children for school success through the early literacy practices of Singing & Rhyming. Using the framework provided by Every Child Ready to Read 2 and Mid-Continent Public Library's Give Me Five, participants will be given practical training on how to support children, families, and communities as we begin to grow readers. Participants will receive a Zoom email invite from srader@mymcpl.org the morning of the training.
