Get a brief history of the Czechs and Slovaks, and then learn where to find resources and records and how to deal with foreign language records. Did your ancestors come from Bohemia, Moravia, or Slovakia? What about Czechoslovakia, Austria, or Hungary? Did they speak Czech or Slovak? If yes, then this class may be for you. Learn the basic methods for completing your Czech and Slovak genealogy research. A brief history of the two nations will be presented, as well as resources available at MGC and online.
