This six-hour workshop, led by Brandon Simpson, owner of Jazzy B's food truck, Kim Niebaum of CoffeeCake KC and Xander Winkel of the Ennovation Center, will walk you through the steps of opening your own food truck business. Come ready to learn about health departments, truck build out, branding, advertising, and financial statements. Also, sample food truck cuisine and tour a food truck.
