Reading is fundamental to being a writer. Join The Story Center for an exploration of various titles on the writing craft from the Center’s resource collection. Look at examples of breakaway hits from various genres and subjects, and discuss how to read reflectively. At the close of this class, participants will be asked to select a title on the craft, read, and submit a 500-word review of its merits. This class is part of the Written Storytelling Certification Program from Mid-Continent Public Library and Metropolitan Community College.
