If you have always wanted to try yoga but have trouble getting up and down off the floor, this three-week class is for you. Get comfortable with yoga by learning basic poses, simple breathing exercises, slow-paced stretching, and easy relaxation techniques. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing.
