In this three-part workshop for teens, award-winning young adult author Adib Khorram will share how to use lived experience in fiction writing.
Part 3: There's No U In Revision Campers will learn tools for revising their work, with a focus on creating something unique, informed by (but not defined by) their own experiences. Exercises will focus on point-of-view, pacing, and voice.
Please note that this series of workshops is intended for teen writers, not adult writers of teen literature. Registrants will be enrolled in and expected to attend all three parts. This class will be held in person as well as virtually via Zoom simultaneously. Please indicate whether you will be attending in-person or virtually when registering.
