Teens Create Zines

Let’s create Zines! The Library will have the supplies; you just have to bring the ideas. Learn a new skill and make something new. Registration required. Space limited.

In this generative writing class with bestselling author Rolf Potts, participants will learn skills and strategies for writing about their travels--be it journeys around the world or around the block.

Meet with other teen writers to brainstorm, exchange ideas, encourage one another, and maybe get some actual writing done.

Get creative with writing games and prompts at the Library! Registration required. Space limited.

This open-mic poetry program is open to anyone. Participants are invited to spend time writing, to read aloud their own poems, or share work by a favorite poet.
