STEAM Lab Storytime

This storytime is a celebration of all children’s differing abilities.

The Library is taking storytime outside! Join our storytime staff at an area park for stories, music, and activities. Participants may bring blankets for a more comfortable experience.

Join the Library for a STEAM Lab Storytime. Enjoy a STEAM-themed storytime and then explore a STEAM-related activity. Geared for ages 4-6. Please register participating children only.

Do you like baseball? Join Royals Hall of Fame Manager Jill Seib-Schaub for a baseball storytime. Songs, books, and muscles are just a small part of this program for preschoolers.

Enjoy a special preschool playtime that is designed to stimulate young minds and strengthen early literacy skills.

Early Literacy Music and Movement encourages the development of early literacy skills through music, instrument play, and big body movement.

Families of children ages birth to two years are invited to rock and roll at the Library. Get ready to wiggle, giggle, and have a fun music experience!

The Library’s stuffed animals invite your stuffed friends to a sleepover! Drop off your friend at the Library; then come back for a special program featuring their overnight adventures.
