Join historian David W. Jackson as he examines the engineering marvel that transformed frontier Kansas City into the metropolis of today and recounts the fanfare that led up to the Hannibal Bridge's dedication on July 3, 1869. Hear stories of men and women who constructed the bridge and see never-before-compiled images. This class will be held in person as well as virtually via Zoom simultaneously. Registration is required. Please indicate whether you will be attending in-person or virtually when registering. An email address is required when registering to attend on Zoom.
