Food Literacy Fair

Thank you to the over 400 patrons who showed up and participated in the second annual Food Literacy Fair! It was an overwhelming and tasty success. We hosted two food trucks, five local small food businesses from our Incubator program, five culinary presenters and partners, and three hands-on food activities.

And for those who voted in our Summer Salad Flight, who was declared the favorite salad? Tabbouleh from Lebanon! It's a delicious herb and grain salad, perfect for a picnic.
