Nothing gets me in the holiday mood quicker than a warm simmer pot filled with the cozy aromatics of winter. Cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange peels are my go-to combination, but a recent interest in essential oils has made me a bit more adventurous. Be it spa products or natural air fresheners, I am always looking for new ways to use my little collection of sweet-smelling goodness.
While looking for new recipes last weekend, it occurred to me that many of these quick-and-easy creations would make fantastic homemade gifts for the holidays! And who wouldn’t love to receive that? An all-natural, luxurious, spa-quality bath product made just for me? Yes, please!
Best of all, many recipes can be made from what you already have in your pantry or items that you can easily get at the grocery store. Only you will know how quick and inexpensive your gift was to create. Don’t worry; it’s our little secret!
