Did Someone Say Pie?

March 14 is National Pi Day, but it’s not the pie you’re probably thinking about! It’s the nationally designated day to celebrate the mathematical constant pi―approximately 3.14. But people also use the day to eat lots of pie.

Growing up, my favorite pie was my mom’s lemon meringue. She made it from scratch, and it’s still my favorite today. I have tried to make it myself, but it never tastes the same.
