This site provides information on the history of beer, how it's brewed, and its difference types.

This site has recipes, menu ideas, meal preparation tips, cooking terms, and more. Divided into cookbook chapters: appetizer, barbeque, beef, bread, cake, chicken, Christmas, cookie, ethnic, holiday recipes, etc. All recipes show nutrition facts, and it is possible to create a shopping list from the recipe. Recipes can be listed by category or alphabetically. The site is searchable.

BeerAdvocate

Beer articles, reviews and news, event listings, and chat forums. The international directory of breweries and their products is browsable by``location and name. Over 1,000 beers are listed (also searchable), many with reviews by the site and ratings by users, with opinions and information on style, origin, availability, smell, taste, and appearance.

Betty Crocker Recipes

This searchable collection of favorite and new recipes, cooking charts, plus tips and advice comes from the staff in the Betty Crocker kitchens. The site also includes how-to videos and special ideas for holidays and parties.

Blue Diamond recipes

For almond lovers, Blue Diamond Almonds has a collection of many recipes.

Canning

Learn how to do canning at this site and read their recipes.

Carrie Watkins Cookbook

At this site users find a collection of recipes from the later part of the nineteenth century to the early part of the twentieth century. Recipes can be viewed in the original handwritten script and plain text. Instructions for measurement conversions can also be found here.
