Culinary Arts Collection

The Culinary Arts Collection includes 250 major cooking and nutrition magazines as well as reference content from Delmar, Cengage Learning. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information. Although the majority of the content in this database is available through the Academic OneFile and/or General OneFile databases, there is some original subject-specific content as well.

Gardening, Landscape and Horticulture Collection

A collection of more than 100 journals focused on key issues in gardening, landscaping, and other areas of horticulture, with the addition of over 20 reference sources, this collection provides information for gardening enthusiasts and professionals alike. Although the majority of the content in this database is available through the Academic OneFile and/or General OneFile databases, there is some original subject-specific content as well.

Hobbies and Crafts Reference Center

Hobbies and Crafts Reference Center provides information about many of the most popular hobbies, crafts and recreation activities today such as collecting, games and electronics, model building, needlework, outdoors and nature, scrapbooking and papercraft. Including full text articles for more than 700 magazines and books, as well as access to more than 700 videos and over 100 hobby reports, this database offers detailed "how-to" instructions and creative ideas to meet the interests of virtually every hobby-enthusiast.

Home Improvement Collection

This collection of more than 200 home-improvement focused titles covers such topics as architectural techniques, tool and material selection, zoning requirements, and many more. It will meet the needs of hobbyists and professionals alike. Although the majority of the content in this database is available through the Academic OneFile and/or General OneFile databases, there is some original subject-specific content as well.

Home Improvement Reference Center

Home Improvement Reference Center contains full text reference works and magazine articles on the topics of home maintenance, remodeling, electrical work, plumbing, wood projects, outdoor improvements, decorating, and gardening. It features more than 10,000 images that give instruction for home improvement projects.
