The Culinary Arts Collection includes two hundred fifty major cooking and nutrition magazines as well as reference content from Delmar, Cengage Learning. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information. Although the majority of the content in this database is available through the Academic OneFile and/or General OneFile databases, there is some original subject-specific content as well.
