The Adult Education Center's Live Tutor service is open from noon to midnight, seven days a week, and offers one-on-one, online tutoring in English and en Español. Available topics for tutoring include High School Equivalency and Citizenship Testing. Students can also upload a document for review and proofreading by a tutor. In addition, the Skills Center is open 24/7 and offers thousands of worksheets, tutorials, study guides, practice tests, and more.

LearningExpress Library is currently experiencing difficulty for remote customers. It can still be accessed within any MCPL branch.
LearningExpress Library provides interactive online practice tests and a tutorial course series designed to help users succeed on academic and licensing tests. It offers immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of results. Registration by the user is required to allow the software to record the progress of the user and to allow the user to stop a particular test or lesson and continue at a later time.
Teacher Reference Center provides indexing and abstracts for articles on topics such as assessment, best practices, continuing education, curriculum development, elementary education, higher education, instructional media, language arts, literacy standards, school administration, science and mathematics, and teacher education.
