Exercise

It’s hard to find the time and the energy to start a new fitness program, but I am making an effort to get started. I found a book that I hope will help. It’s called Ultra Simple 9-Minute Workouts by Alex Lluch. It has simple to follow exercise routines, with full color photos, that only take 9 minutes.

Dino Dreams

In Three Little Dinosaurs, an adorable picture book by Charles Fuge, Scratch, Spike, and Lofty play and pretend to fly. When they find out that some dinosaurs can actually fly, they decide to give it a try by climbing to the top of a volcano and jumping off. Much to their disappointment, they find out the only way they can fly is in their dreams.

This is a great book for children of all ages.

I recently found a fun mystery book, called Lemon Tart by Josi S. Kilpack, that has many culinary twists intertwined throughout. In this story, Sadie Hoffmiller tries to solve the murder of her neighbor, Anne Lemmon. Sadie uses some of her very best recipes in proving her innocence and trying and find Anne’s missing two-year-old son, Trevor.
