The Perfect Summer Job

When I think of summer, I think of the lake, Dari-B ice cream cones, and children playing at the park. I picture all of these things while working at the Library and think, "If I could only think of a job where I could get paid to enjoy summer!"

No More School Days

School is finally coming to an end, and kids have the freedom of summer vacation. No more homework, no more school, no more tests, and no more getting up early in the morning. One of the greatest things about summer (besides sleeping until noon) is that now, instead of reading a book your teacher is making you read, you can pick any book you want!

It's a Bird! It's a Plane! It's a Book?

Superhero comic books have been around since the 1930s, featuring Superman, Captain America, Batman, and much more. There is something about a good comic besides the artwork that seems to catch a reader’s eye. With the gentle brushwork or complex of shading, comic books are an art and a story.
