You Have To Read This Book!

Want to read a good book? I Beat the Odds, by Michael Oher, is one of the best books I have ever read! Michael's story was first depicted in the book and movie, The Blind Side. He went from being homeless to graduating from college, and on to playing professional football with the Baltimore Ravens. The Blind Side depicts Michael's life, from mid high school through being selected by the Ravens. This book is Michael's own story of his earliest memories of his home life and how he worked his way out of the ghetto. He gives credit to those who helped him along the way, and he gives some great advice for young people to help them get ahead in life and stay out of trouble.

Before reading The Blind Side and I Beat the Odds, I had no idea who Michael Oher was. Now I am his biggest fan! Go Michael!
