Why Audio?
October 06, 2010
When my children were younger, we used audiobooks to keep them quiet on long trips. They worked great. As my children grew, their likes and our likes in audio changed. They spent more time with head phones on listening to music. Now the kids are gone, and audiobooks have taken a regular spot in my day. Not only do we use them for trips, but for my ride to work, or to the mall. Audiobooks have become a big part of our library system, and are used by all ages. Now, for those of us who love to read, we can do just that even while driving, sewing, or cleaning house. I say HOORAY for audiobooks.
