Who Was Your Teen Idol?

Teens have always had idols that they swooned over. Long before the days of Justin Bieber and Taylor Lautner, Davy Jones and the rest of the Monkees enthralled me on Saturday mornings. Another perennial favorite teen idol for me was David Cassidy from The Partridge Family. I can still sing the words to "I Think I Love You" by heart.
 
I guess I’m a little sad to hear of the passing of Davy Jones, even though I have not thought about the Monkees in years. I’ve been hearing "Daydream Believer" go through my head for the past week. In his honor, I requested a DVD of The Monkees for old time’s sake.
