What's in Your Freezer?

Did you know that March is National Frozen Food Month? This month is set aside to raise awareness in consumers of the convenience, quality, and nutritional benefits of frozen foods. I was intrigued with the thought of cooking meals ahead. I went to the cookbooks at the Liberty Branch, and I found a new book called, The Everything Freezer Meals Cookbook by Candace Anderson.
What fun I had planning meals for my family! I felt so much more organized and less stressed! Give freezer cooking a try.
