The Walking Dead
December 05, 2011
In The Walking Dead:The Complete First Season, County Sheriff Rick Grimes wakes from a coma in the hospital with no sign of people around. While he walks around the hospital, he sees splatters of blood on the walls and comes to a set of doors chained shut with the words "Don’t Open Dead Inside". As he makes his way out of the hospital, he sees rows of dead people wrapped in sheets in the parking lot. When he makes it home, he still hasn’t seen any live people, and his wife and son are gone. He finally comes across a father and son, and he has discovered that walkers, also known as zombies, have taken over. Rick has to adjust to a whole new world in the process of trying to find out what happened to his family.
This series is rated TV-14. It has profanity, violence, and a lot of gore, but the story line is very good. So, if you like stories of survival and believe in the idea of a zombie apocalypse, this is the show for you.
