TumbleBook Library

School’s out! If you are looking for free entertainment for your children, check out our featured database, TumbleBook Library. You may possibly never hear “I’m bored” during the rest of the summer!
TumbleBook Library is a collection of animated talking picture books, audiobooks, read-along books, book-related games, and puzzles for children. Older children will enjoy the growing collection of children’s classics such as Black Beauty, Alice in Wonderland and Anne of Green Gables in the TumbleReadables collection.
Foreign languages are incorporated in a couple of different ways. A language drop down menu allows you to view the entire website in Spanish or French. Instructions, news and descriptions of books are all in Spanish or French, making this a perfect resource for ESL, Bilingual, and French and Spanish programs. Also, many of the books themselves are available in the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Russian.
The TumbleBook Library collection can be accessed on the public computers in the library (bring your own headphones) and also from remote locations such as home and school.
