Location: Historic Independence Square, Main, Lexington, Liberty & Maple

Enjoy a relaxing day on the Square in Independence, and join MCPL as we celebrate Harry S. Truman's birthday. It's a tradition for our family to purchase our spring flowers at this event and see familiar faces from all parts of the Kansas City Metro. After visiting the square, swing by the North Independence Branch and pick up some gardening books and lunch from Novella Bistro, (opening soon).
