Texas....Travel

Howdee!  After a recent trip to visit family in Texas, my young granddaughter, Abigail, learned this Texas greeting and happily greeted everyone with "Howdee" with an accent.  Texas is a great place to visit or live, for that matter.
 
Mid-Continent Public Library has travel books and travel videos to help you prepare for any trips you may be planning.  Travel books, like Frommer's and Fodor's, are available to show where the best places to sightsee, to stay overnight, or shop.  I visited the Alamo, the San Antonio Zoo, Sea World,  and Corpus Christi, where  I was  sitting in a boat with a live dolphin five feet from me. 
 
Our MCPL also  has the internet where you can google search Texas Tourism...
