Tell Us What You Think!
October 07, 2010
We have this really handy computer in the middle of the Blue Ridge Branch that has one important role: it lets you tell us what you think about the library. The great thing about this computer is that while it won’t let you sign onto the Internet, you have the ability to (without battling the potential Internet waiting list) take a survey, which will be sent to Mid-Continent Public Library headquarters. It gets to the people at the top.
There is a shorter and a longer version of this "Counting Opinions" survey, as we refer to it here in the branch – and the good news is, you can fill it out while you’re here… or from any other Internet computer to which you have access. Just go to our website, and you’ll notice the "Take Our Survey" link near the bottom of the page under HELP/FAQS.
What are your experiences like at the Blue Ridge Branch? What do you appreciate? What would you change? In a nutshell, the survey addresses the question "how can we BEST give you what you want and need" in terms of library materials, services, and overall experience. Here’s hoping that you think we do a good job helping you here at the branch, (and it’s always nice to have people tell you so!) but if there’s a way we can do even BETTER, well, let us know that too.
