Sweating For the Dress (and the Photos That Last a Lifetime)!

89 more days…that’s less than three months. Oh my!
I can’t believe that there are only 89 more days until my wedding! As I counted up the days a couple weeks ago, I came to the realization that I can no longer put off the pre-wedding diet and workout routine that I have been avoiding for the last nine months since we got engaged. In a panic, I looked in the cupboard and eyed all the junk food that is going to have to go elsewhere for the next few months. No more Dr. Pepper, either; just plain old water from now on. The hard part of sticking to a diet is that my fiancé has no intention or need to diet and keeps asking for brownies, cookies, and pecan pie. He’s not too fond of salad for dinner, either (unless there is more ranch dressing and cheese than lettuce, and absolutely no spinach!).
In an effort to get more motivated, I checked out several workout DVDs from my branch. I am currently working out to Best Belly Fat-Blasters by Denise Austin and Body Burn with Dance and Pilates by Denise Austin. I’m also trying to find time to walk up and down my long driveway. Currently, I am incredibly sore! Hopefully by the time the wedding rolls around, I will look amazing in my dress!
