Summer Reading Program
June 18, 2010
There’s still plenty of time to Make a Splash or Make Waves at your local Mid-Continent Public Library branch! If you haven’t already registered, you can do it on our website or at your nearest branch. The program is set up in a new format this year. Instead of reading twenty or ten books per list, just six hours of reading earns you or your child a free book! After nine hours of reading, you or your child can select the following in place of a book:
- 101 Art Piece Kit
- MCPL Plush Duck
- Binocular
- Successful Reader Blue Book Bag
- 1 Gig Zip Drive (Teen Program Only)
- The Hunger Games (Teen Program Only)
There’s still time to get started in the 2010 Summer Reading Program, so don’t delay! You have until July 31, 2010 to earn a free book!
