Stuck with Homework? The Library can help.
March 21, 2013
When I say homework, I’m guessing your first thought isn’t "Oh, hurray. I would so much rather spend my free time doing school work instead of hanging out with friends, playing games, or watching my favorite TV shows."
Homework was not my favorite thing to do either when I was in school. The good news is that the Library can help you get that homework done and out of the way, so you will have more time to do the things you want to do (No offense to those of you who enjoy homework).
We have more than 200 databases ready to use. You don’t even have to come to the Library to use most of them. All you need is a valid library card and a computer with an Internet connection.
Now, I know that is a lot of databases to sort through, but don’t worry. You don’t have to go through every single one of them to find the one you need. Just use our Homework Help for Teens link on the Research Databases page or the Teen Page. The first thing you will see are links that connect you with experts who can help you with those hard to finish assignments.
But that’s not all. We also have links to some really good databases presented under subject headings to make your search for resources even easier. Be sure to check out the Additional Resources section of this page as well.
