Stress On the Job?

Ever get so stressed at work that you feel like you can't take it anymore? Are co-workers, duties, and environment bringing you down? Head on over to your local Mid-Continent Library Branch. Classes like Basic Yoga (we have that here), What is Synchronicity?, and Face-Lifts the Natural Way can relax and distract any person suffering from workplace stress. Branches also have (you guessed it) books on hundreds of subjects, ranging from Feng Shui to gardening. If you need the distraction of fiction, we have tons of entertaining stories. Whether funny, scary, heart-wrenching, or uplifting, the library will have any book you could possibly want and more. It's hard out there and we know it. The library is a great way to take a break from your troubles.

Yes to Yoga!
The Basic Yoga program is AWESOME! Surprising that Yoga would be offered at the library at no charge. That's why the library is AWESOME! It will be offered again at other branches in the spring. AWESOMER!
