The weather is starting to turn the corner into the warmer seasons. We are starting to have those days when you want to just throw open the windows and let some fresh air in. Guess what else accompanies this time of year?? You guessed it: spring cleaning.
It's time to take down the curtains, wash them, and change out your winter bedding for some bright and breezy warm weather blankets. It's time to dust, vacuum, scrub, and so forth to give your home a facelift and start the spring and summer season off on the right foot. If this task seems daunting to you as it often does to me, get some advice from the experts. MCPL has a large selection of housecleaning and organizing books to give you some help in our non-fiction sections. Any of our branches will have these books shelved in the 648 Dewey numbers, so browse through your local library, and bring some fresh ideas to the table.
