Soup Potluck

In my family, we have decided that family get-togethers for the holidays are much easier and tastier if we just do a soup potluck. This way, whoever is hosting doesn’t have to spend a whole day cooking for a house full of relatives. Everybody makes and brings a different kind of soup or dessert, and then we can exchange recipes, too!

I usually go through my cookbooks or Pinterest to find some good soup recipes. BUT, the Library has lots of cookbooks as well! If you are ready to make a big pot of soup for your family and want to try something different, try these cookbooks:
