The Sounds of the Season

Two great opportunities to celebrate the Christmas season are coming to the Grandview Branch. Bring the entire family and be ready to laugh and sing in the season as kid rocker Jim Cosgrove brings Mr. Skinky Feet's Christmas to our branch on Thursday, December 9th at 7 p.m. This show will remind you what the holidays look like through a child's eyes.

Also coming to Grandview on Monday, December 13th at 7 p.m, the group Chamber Music and their show Bluegrass for a White Christmas. Chamber Music is a family group of 3 children ages 8 to 15 who play a variety of string instruments from the cello and violin to guitar and the mandolin, with Mom accompanying them on the upright bass.

We are happy to offer these free, family-friendly programs open to all ages at the Grandview Branch this year.  Don't forget to register for them online on our Events page. We hope you mark your calendars, and plan on joining us as we enjoy the sounds of the Season.
