Where is that card?
Most of us have a grocery store card, bank card, insurance card, or a credit card, but who has a library card!? You may be thinking “What do I need a library card for?” A library card can be quite useful, and there are no charges or hidden fees.
Already have a card? What about your friends, kids, spouse? YOU know how great it is to have access to all this free stuff, so don’t forget to SHARE the fun. And if you have a spouse or teen that whines about it, why not just get an audiobook for them to listen to on their way to work? Or, a CD of their favorite music? You’ll have them hooked in no time!
With a library card, you have access to the latest and greatest books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, eBooks, and magazines. You can also come to the library and use the library computers to for whatever it is you need.
With the MCPL card, you can get on our website, place holds on items, and have them shipped to your local branch. You can return the items to any MCPL branch.
Don’t have an MCPL card, but you want one? Go to one of the 30 MCPL branches, and sign up for a library card! And why not take a friend with you?
