Shelf Reorganization at the Platte City Branch Library

In order to provide a higher level of customer service to our patrons at the Platte City Branch, we have spent the last few months reorganizing our shelves. As a result, all of our adult materials are now located together on one side of the building, and all of our children’s and teen materials are now located together on the other side. The materials for preschool age children are still located in the center of the building, but we have relocated our early readers and beginning chapter books to the beginning of the children’s fiction section. In this way, we hope to make things easier to find for patrons and staff alike. If you have any questions about where materials are now located, our staff will be happy to show you.
