Shakespeare in the Park

For the past twenty years, the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival has thrilled us with fantastic plays in Southmoreland Park.

This year they have ratcheted up the level by presenting not one, but two of Shakespeare’s plays. In celebration of their 20th anniversary, the play company will present Anthony and Cleopatra and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  The shows will be alternated from June 19th through July 15th.

This year you can choose between a tragedy and a comedy, or see both presented in glorious fashion.
