Research @ Your Library
February 19, 2013
Spring is coming! Term papers and end of semester theses will be due before you know it, but don’t panic. The Library can get you started on all that research looming ahead.
We have a fantastic collection of Research Databases, but one in particular is quite useful. Have you tried the Gale Virtual Reference Library? Within this database, you can browse or search for over one thousand electronic reference books. That’s right. There are actual books and articles you can read in your browser or through an app. It’s like having the reference section at your fingertips.
Once you choose an article, you can read, print, email, or download it, as well as generate a citation in either the MLA or APA style. Some titles can even be downloaded to your eReader or as an audio file to your MP3 player. It almost makes research easy!
So, click into the Gale Virtual Reference Library and get started. Good luck!
